MDL Mold & Die Components, Inc. distributes two major lines of tooling components. The “D” line of components, interchangeable with components from Danly/IEM*, and the “L” line of components, interchangeable with components from Lamina**.
The “D” line of components consists of Ball Bearing and Plain Bearing guiding components (including Bronze Plated and Graphite Impregnated Bushings), and Mechanical Springs (same sizes, colors, and load ranges). These stock MDL components are interchangeable with components from Danly/IEM*.
The “L” line of guiding components consists of Straight Ball Bearing Pins, Straight Sleeve Ball Bearing Bushings, and Ball Cages. These stock MDL components are interchangeable with components from Lamina**.
These quality Tool & Die Components are manufactured in MDL’s own factories utilizing the latest manufacturing processes, information systems, and some of the finest machine tools available.
